Blend Crashed on start-up
VS would not start the app in debug mode either on the emulator or my device (it would start and stop with no errors)
If I looked at the XAML in VS all was well, but if I previewed the page (thankfully not my default), VS crashed
Running the app on my phone worked! ?????
As was the story not long ago, devs would look at the image above and see a Silverlight app, it looks like an image overlaid by a text control with another texture of a persons head, nothing too fancy about that.
As it was mentioned at Mix and a few other places, with the release of the New Windows Phone developer tools for Mango you can target both the original release of Windows Phone 7 (7.0) and the New Mango Release (7.1) from within your solution.

After the Techdays conference I re-recorded the SunBurn demo I did due to a glitch that happened on the day (typical, always has to happen on a live demo), i’ve not even been able to replicate the conditions that happened on the day so I’ll chalk that one up to a meltdown.
